You are a 5-10 minute walk or short biking distance to restaurants, shopping and attractions. 4 beach chairs for tenants to use. Close to Cape May and Cape May Point beaches. Plenty of parking spaces! No washer dryer for weekly tenants.
This rental is for upstairs portion of the home ONLY. Entrance to the unit is on the 2nd on the right side of the building, up the steps.
