The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed with walk out deck for beautiful views of the sunset. The third bedrooms feature a pyramid bed with an added trundle. The trundle bed has the following weight limits:
1. Main bad - 225 lbs
2. Trundle - 165 lbs
3. Top bunk - 100 lbs.
There is a spacious hallway bathroom with shower and tub combination. Outside, there is spacious fenced in yard with pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, covered dining area, fire pit with chairs. Enjoy barbequing, playing games and hanging out. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or second floor balcony and have a glass of wine (or bottle!) while enjoying the amazing sunsets that Cape May area has to offer. There are two large parking spots in the driveway and plenty of parking on the street if needed. The pool is 10' wide x 20' long. It will be 3' deep in the shallow end and 5' deep in the deep end. There is a love seat built into the deep end and also a bench in the shallow end for people to sit. Other house amenities include five beach chairs, two umbrellas and plenty of beach toys and games for the family. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS FOR YOUR STAY! The owner does provide towels, beach towels, pillows and blankets. There are security cameras on the outside of the property. 323 Cloverdale is steps to the bay, a 4.6 mile drive to the Cape May Lewes Ferry, 7.5 miles to Cape May City and 9 miles to Wildwood restaurants and beaches.
