The main bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite with a stall shower. Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed and a pull-out sofa, while bedroom #3 has a full bed with a pull-out sofa. Bedroom #4 includes a king bed. Bedrooms #5 and #6 each have two twin beds, and bedroom #7 contains three twin beds. A full bath with a tub/shower is located on the second floor.
Outside, the property boasts well-maintained grounds. The back deck, bathed in southern sunlight, is ideal for afternoon or early evening barbecues and gatherings. There's also a gazebo for guests to enjoy. Friendly chickens and goats occasionally roam the property. For recreation, there are courts for volleyball and horseshoes, as well as an outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off after the beach.
The driveway accommodates parking for over 5 cars and includes a handicap ramp for easy access to the first floor. The home is centrally located just 5-10 minutes from Cape May Beaches and fine dining, and 10-15 minutes from Wildwood beaches and boardwalk.
Historic Cold Spring Village, Nauti Spirits Distillery, Cape May Winery, and nearby shopping are all within walking or biking distance.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience, eliminating the need to rent or bring your own (please note that beach towels are not included). There is to be no commercial photography or video recording on the property without written permission of the owner.
