Sleeping 6 with a private deck overlooking the historic district this apartment will make your heart smile with its cheery hues throughout. The master bedroom has a beautiful queen size sleigh bed and peaks of the ocean through the front window. Through a small vestibule you will find the second bedroom with a twin over double pyramid bed with a twin trundle pull out, light and bright with the same ocean peaks . The large living room offers a cozy couch, flat screen TV and wireless internet for family time. Pass through the living room to find a large eat in kitchen with just the perfect combination of retro and modern touches to please all. This apartment has a wonderfully updated main bath with glass enclosed shower, updated fixtures and a convenient washer/dryer. The half bath is also brand new and don t forget the outside shower (a great way to clean-up from the beach). Guests also love to rock on the front porch to the sound of crashing waves and sight of trolleys passing by.

This homeowner does not supply blankets. All guests must bring blankets, sheets and towels for use during their stay.

This property is pet friendly for small dogs under 25lbs between the dates of October 1st and May 13th. A pet fee of $150 will be charged per reservation if you are bringing a dog. Between the dates of May 15th and September 30th dogs are not permitted at the property.

Each reservation will also have a $150 cleaning fee due.
