The property is full of beautiful trees. Some of those trees overhang the pool so leaves do drop in the pool. The pool is heated but the water can still be cold on cooler days below 75.
Property rents Friday - Friday.
Well behaved pooches are considered. Pets are not permitted on furniture. No cats please. Beach towels not provided. A pet fee of $200 will be applied if you are bringing a pet. Please make sure to notify us.

Trash and Recycle needs to be drug down to the curb on Sunset Blvd late Tuesday for early Wednesday AM pick up.
